Who I am. I am a skilled and experienced bilingual education professional, learning content developer, and facilitator with experience in designing and developing learning curricula to unleash individuals’ potential. From my experience as an educator for more than a decade, I look for needs gaps to shape learning experiences for diverse audiences utilizing e-Learning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) modalities. Moreover, I am committed to driving learners’ behavior change through inclusive and accessible training.
My process & approach. I always start my design process by putting learners at the center. I begin by identifying the audience and finding their performance gaps through needs analysis. I collaborate with SMEs and use my research skills to ensure a clear understanding of the learning content and then, apply adult learning theories and instructional design models to design and develop meaningful and engaging learning deliverables that bridge knowledge gaps. I use an iterative approach to move from design to prototyping, keeping open communication with the client until I get the tailored learning solution that helps their organization and employees perform better and reach their goals.
Tools I use: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Techsmith Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid Labs, AWS Amazon Polly, Zoom, and Google Suite. Besides, I effortlessly adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
